These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jopar website and the purchase of digital background downloads offered by Patrik Hermanovský. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller information

The Jopar shop is operated by Patrik Hermanovský. You are entering into a contract with Patrik Hermanovský when you buy a background.

2. Acceptance of terms

By continuing to use this website and making a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

3. Product description

Jopar sells individual high-resolution digital background images for personal use. Each listing shows the thumbnail you can preview before buying; the full-resolution wallpaper file is delivered electronically after payment.

4. License and restrictions

When you buy a background, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the files in any way that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Payment, billing, and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics. Paddle handles all customer payment inquiries on our behalf.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency listed on each background and include applicable taxes where required. Paddle calculates and collects VAT or sales tax based on your location at checkout.

7. Delivery

After a successful payment, you will receive access to download the full-resolution wallpaper. Delivery is electronic and typically available immediately, though it may take a few minutes in rare cases.

8. Misuse and prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• unlawful use of the site or purchased files;
• fraud, spam, or deceptive practices;
• infringement of intellectual property rights;
• interference with site security, including malware, probing, or scraping.

9. Intellectual property

All backgrounds, thumbnails, branding, software, and content on this site remain the property of Patrik Hermanovský or its licensors. Your purchase grants a limited license only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

10. Service level

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Occasional downtime or technical issues may occur.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or downloads for material breach of these terms, suspected fraud or security risk, non-payment, or repeated or serious policy violations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patrik Hermanovský is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or purchased files. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
